Chemitox, Inc. was established in September 1975 with the aspiration of “Let’s make a world-class Independent Testing Laboratory in Japan.” Chemitox, Inc. works as a reliable test laboratory that is required by the society as a third-party testing organization.
Chemitox, Inc. was in search of a laminator for manufacturing solar panels which can heat both sides.
Chemitox, Inc. was in search of a laminator in order to fabricate from a 1 cell module to a full-size module for evaluation which had been demanded by customers. There was also a need for a laminator that could handle double-sided glass types and special materials.
Chemitox, Inc. purchased and operates our large and small laminators.

Evaluated point 1: Double-sided heating method
Material temperatures can be increased quickly and materials can be heated in short time by heating both of the upper and lower sides of a material whose temperature is hard to increase such as double-sided glass and special materials and not by heating only the lower side as with a conventional laminator.
Evaluated point 2: Uniform temperature distribution by oil circulation heating method
Material can be heated without temperature variation and high-quality modules can be made by uniform temperature distribution on the surface of a large size heating plate of 1,000 mm x 2,000 mm through the oil circulation heating method.
