Sustainability Policy

Under our group management philosophy of "wisdom and creativity", we aim to contribute to the sustainable development of society through fair, sound and transparent management  through active and continuous efforts to address social and environmental issues, and we carry out corporate activities based on the following policies.

  1.  We will develop and manufacture environment-friendly products, and we consider a realization of decarbonized / recycling-oriented society, and coexistence with nature.
  2. Through our products and services, we will contribute to the sustainable development of society and industry by contributing to solve problems such as the sophistication of social infrastructure through ICT and the improvement of resources and productivity at production sites.
  3. We respect the diversity of human resources, consider the human rights, health, and working environment of employees, and create an environment in which each person can utilize individuality and maximize abilities of each person.
  4. We will comply with laws and regulations and other social norms, carry out fair and sound corporate activities, and build a governance system that can ensure the speed and the soundness of management.

Initiatives to Sustainable Society

Responding to climate change through environmental load reduction activities

We will build an environmental management system and strive to further reduce the environmental load in order to aim the company that minimizes the environmental load in all aspects of corporate activities, products and services.

  • Formulation of environmental policy
  • Acquisition of ISO14001
  • Development of environment-friendly products
  • Introduction of energy-saving equipment and promotion of natural energy utilization (LED lighting / solar power generation system, etc.)
  • Review of air conditioning system in factory (abolition of heavy oil)

Contribution to the sustainable development of industry

We will earn the trust of our customers with our original creative products and contribute to the development of the information-oriented society.

  • Supporting the development of IT technology and communication infrastructure through our business
  • Improvement of production efficiency, space saving and labor saving at the customer's production site
  • Support to our customer's product development

Respect for human rights and create a rewarding workplace

We will hire diverse human resources and develop who will lead the next generation, respect human rights, and work to improve the system and environment so that each person can balance work and family life and maximize their abilities.

Main initiatives
  • Implementation of class-specific training by an outside instructor
  • Introduction of ‘e-learning’ software as a tool to improve employee skills
  • Promotion of taking paternity leave for male employees
  • Promotion of active participation of employees over the age of 60
  • Establishment of mental health and harassment consultation desk
  • Visualization of employee awareness and organizational issues through continuous surveillance (once a year)
  • Fully equipped with air conditioning in the factory
  • Employee health promotion through individual guidance
  • In-house commendation system (long-term service commendation, improvement proposal system)
  • Qualification acquisition incentive system
  • Implementation of a special incentive scheme for employee stockholding association

Strengthening governance, and thoroughness of compliance

We will strengthen corporate governance and ensure compliance thoroughly.
