Basic concept for corporate governance
We recognize that promptness in management judgment, management efficiency, enhancement in soundness and ensuring transparency are essential in order to embody “Wisdom and Creativity” of our management philosophy, establish good relationships with all stakeholders supporting our corporate activities and continuously enhance a company’s value. For realization of these, we position establishment of corporate governance as a one of the managerial important issues.

Reason why we select the existing corporate governance
In order to strengthen the corporate governance system, we have adopted “Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee” as our organizational design so that audit and supervisory functions in relation to execution of operation by the board of directors are enhanced and transparency and efficiency of processes are improved by participation of an outside board directors into management by establishing an Audit and Supervisory Committee where the majority of its members are outside board directors.
